We were very happy with our experience with Daniel. He handled himself professionally, he was honest about pros and cons of each home and the communities surrounding them, and he was knowledgeable about the process. We were house hunting from halfway across the country and hesitant to rush into an expensive mortgage given how expensive the area is. However, Daniel was receptive of the types of homes we were looking for and provided weekly updates including video tours of the homes we were most interested in. It took 4 months before we found the home we wanted. I think most realtors would have lost enthusiasm, but he kept at it. He handled communications between us, the lender, and the title company very well - he was responsive and made himself available when needed. Daniel made the entire buying process very easy.
Absolutely 10/10. I have bought two houses with Daniel, and I would not work with anyone else. Our first experience was fantastic, and our second was even better. Our current house had so many issues with its paperwork and county records that the previous contracts had fallen through because of them. Daniel went above and beyond working with our lender and the county for weeks to resolve everything and get the deal done. A lot of other realtors could not have made that happen, clearly.
Daniel wasn’t outstanding Realtor, very knowledgeable of the area, took our once and needs for a house and found the right one for us. He made buying a house a very good experience. I want to thank him very much for his help.
